2. SUBJECT

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between "ERS TEXTILE" EOOD (referred to as the "Seller") and the users (referred to as the "Clients") who use the website. erstextile.bg for purchasing goods (home textiles and accessories).

3. ORDER AND CONTRACT

3.1. An order is placed by adding goods to the cart and confirming the purchase.
3.2. By sending the order, the Customer declares his/her desire to purchase the selected goods.
3.3. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order via email or phone call.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. All prices on the site are in euros (€) / leva (lv) and include VAT.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, and the change does not affect already confirmed orders.
4.3. Payment methods:

Cash on delivery: Payment in cash or by card upon delivery to the courier.
Payment by debit/credit card via EcontPay.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Deliveries are made through the courier company Econt on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
5.2. The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
5.3. Delivery costs are at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise stated (for example, in the case of a free delivery promotion).

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN (14 DAYS)

6.1. According to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods to 14-day period from the date of receipt without giving any reason.
6.2. The goods must be in their original condition, packaging and without traces of use (washing, ironing or deformations).
6.3. The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the Customer.
6.4. The seller refunds the paid amount by bank transfer within 14 days after receiving and checking the returned goods.

7. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES

7.1. The customer has the right to claim for manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the ordered product.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
